Aug 20, 2003 — Actor Tom Felton, who plays the villian in the Harry Potter films spoke to hundreds of kids, signed books, and posed for photos yesterday at Massena High School. Felton is an avid carp angler and co-host of the St. Lawrence International Junior Carp Tournament being held this week.
