Businesses say Workers' Comp Rates Hurting Economy

Over 300 factory workers will lose their jobs as a result of two plant closings announced last week. One is the Brooklyn based Domino Sugar refinery. The other is a maker of plastic wrappers in the small city of Fulton, New York. The state's Business Lobby says climbing workers compensation rates is just one of the many reasons that New York continues to hemorrhage manufacturing jobs. Karen DeWitt reports.
