Aug 26, 2003 — St. Lawrence County is making an education campaign about the ills of burn barrels hip fashion. The county planning office is distributing non-toxic, temporary "don't burn" tattoos. Planner John Montan says the idea is to facilitate family conversation about the dangers of trash burning.
