Sep 10, 2003 — Not for profit groups are calling on Governor Pataki to release $200 million in legislative member items, which have been tied up in the ongoing budget fight. The groups say some of the money is meant for them, and they will have to cut services and even close altogether if they don't get the funding soon. Karen DeWitt reports.
