Rights Sought to Finish 4600-mile NC Trail

For the last 23 years, the National Park Service and groups of volunteers have been trying to create a 4,600 mile hiking trail. Once completed, the North Country National Scenic Trail would meander from New York to North Dakota. As the Great Lakes Radio Consortium's Tamar Charney reports, organizers hope Congress will pass a bill that will make the trail easier to finish.
