David Sommerstein talks with filmmaker John O'Brien. He gained fame in Vermont with his film Man With a Plan that made dairy farmer Fred Tuttle a cult hero and catapulted him to a run for U.S. Senate in 1998. O'Brien is in Potsdam tonight as a part of the Cinema 10 film series to show the third film in his trilogy about the people of Tunbridge, Vermont, Nosey Parker.
