Lawmakers Reexamine High Stakes Testing

The Assembly and Senate are reexamining the Board of Regents policy of high stakes testing at the same time that the legislature is under pressure from the court to reform the way school aide is distributed. Education officials say they hope lawmakers won't give in to the temptation of reducing standards to meet the court's requirement. Karen DeWitt reports.
