During the month of December, visitors to the Traditional Arts In Upstate New York, or TAUNY, gallery in Canton will be asked to vote for their favorite gingerbread house. Late last month a group of eager gingerbread bakers gathered in Canton to learn some secrets of making gingerbread houses - from cabins to castles.
