Dec 02, 2003 — North Country energy experts are hosting a meeting in Canton Thursday to get local businesses to buy power in bulk. As David Sommerstein reports, they say a not-for-profit Energy Services Company, or ESCO, is a way to save money, and support renewable and locally produced power. The meeting is Thursday at 3-5pm at the Best Western in Canton.
