Feb 20, 2002 — Governor Pataki is in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico this week, visiting with heads of state and victims of terrorism of the Flight 587 plane crash in New York City last fall. Before he left for the Caribbean, Pataki spoke at the annual dinner of the Legislature's Black and Puerto Rican caucus. The Governor is working hard to gain some support among minority voters. Karen Dewitt reports.
