Dec 26, 2003 — North Country Community College has won an award for the school's work in Malone, to save two historic buildings -- including Ballard Mill, a woolen clothing factory built in the early 1900s. The 4 million dollar project has reshaped the campus on the bank of the Salmon River. As Brian Mann reports, enrollment has doubled over the last two years.
