Jan 02, 2004 — Wind power is the fastest growing sector of the energy business. And Jefferson County officials want to see if it's an industry has local potential. With help from a state grant, the Development Authority of the North Country is building a tower in Rodman to gather data for a wind study. Jody Tosti reports.
