FDA Postpones Over-Counter Emergency Contraceptive Decision

The FDA is postponing its decision on whether the so-called morning-after pill should be sold without a doctor's prescription. In the meantime the State Assembly has been laying the groundwork to allow the sale of the emergency contraceptive drug without a prescription in New York. Karen DeWitt reports.
