Listen to this story
Governor Pataki has awarded more than $830-thousand in grants to health care providers in the North Country. The Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone and SUNY-Plattsburgh's Research Foundation are among the recipients. Of the 34 rural health care networks receiving grants, 5 are located in or near Assemblyman Chris Ortloff's Plattsburgh district.
