Mar 04, 2004 — The Canadian Coast Guard icebreaker "Simcoe" will begin clearing the St. Lawrence Seaway shipping channel next week. The "Simcoe" will set off Monday, March 8th from Prescott, across the river from Ogdensburg, and work its way upriver.
