Spitzer: Gay Marriages are Illegal in New York State
Mar 04, 2004 — New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer ruled that same sex marriage is illegal in New York State. But the Attorney General left the door open for court challenges to change the law. Karen DeWitt reports.
