Mental Health Advocates Rally in Albany

Mental health advocates rallied at the State Capitol for a bill that would require health insurers to provide more extensive mental health services coverage. The measure is known as Timothy's Law, and is named after 12-year-old Timothy O'Clair, who committed suicide after a battle with depression. Karen DeWitt reports.
