Mar 01, 2002 — The National Weather Service offices in New York and Vermont announced today that this has, in fact, been the warmest winter ever recorded. And there hasn't been much snow in most areas, either. While some may still be waiting for good skiing, or some nice skating days, the warm trend has helped commentator Elle Berger's outlook.
