Apr 27, 2004 — A memorial service will be held in Lake Placid this morning for Art Devlin, a man described as the olympic village's greatest ambassador. Devlin was a two-time Olympian who helped bring the Winter Games back to the Adirondacks in 1980. He was 81 years old when he passed away last week. Chris Knight has this remembrance.
