Apr 27, 2004 — College students are helping bring kids and their parents together through a program with St. Lawrence University and St. Lawrence County Family Court. Parents granted the right to supervised visits with their kids, are being deprived due to a shortage of volunteers. Jody Tosti has more on the story.
