May 13, 2004 — Plattsburgh may soon be home to a new Federal Court. Increased border patrol, as part of the nation's Homeland Security efforts, has lead to a greater caseload in the Northern District. And, as Jody Tosti reports, making space for a federal court in Clinton County will help minimize an already burdened federal courthouse in Albany.
