May 18, 2004 — The Lake Placid Film Festival has unveiled a schedule of more than sixty features and documentaries, including twelve world premieres. The cornerstone event will be the appearance of acclaimed director Martin Scorcese. There will also be plenty of independent and foreign films. The Festival's program director, Alan Hofmanis, says the unique line-up reflects a kind of personal intuition. Hofmanis spoke with Brian Mann.
