Jun 08, 2004 — A packbasket, barn loom, mountaineering boots, war canoe, a strand of Grace Brown's hair - just some of the many items tucked away in the archives at the Adirondack Museum, and profiled in a new book by journalist Andy Flynn. New York State's Mountain Heritage, "Adirondack Attic", Volume One - tells the stories behind the artifacts in the museum. It's a collection of 45 "Adirondack Attic" newspaper columns from last year.
