Sep 09, 2004 — Wild and whimsical outdoor art is drawing attention along Burlington's Pine Street corridor and Flynn Avenue. The outdoor installations are part of this weekend's 12th Annual South End Art Hop. The event begins Friday night (5pm) with performances, open studios, galleries and free workshops. It features the works of over 250 of the region's best artists and is sponsored by the South End Arts and Business Owners Association. Spokesman Rick Norcross told Todd Moe that the Art Hop is an extraordinary celebration of community, expression, culture and commerce.
