Sep 15, 2004 — This week's been full of good news for the city of Ogdensburg. On Monday Governor Pataki announced a $168,000 state grant to help clean up contamination along the St. Lawrence River. Yesterday an Ottawa-based company said it will expand in Ogdensburg's industrial park and create 100 new jobs. David Sommerstein has details.
