Commentary: Just Like Mom Used to Microwave

Over the past few generations a number of changes have occurred in the way we prepare and consume food. For example, few people alive today have actually churned butter by hand. Those who did as a matter of course, could not have imagined the food processor and the microwave. And with the changes in the preparation mechanisms have come social changes. Commentator Paul Willcott.
