Oct 06, 2004 — Last night, St. Lawrence University presented it's own debate of the issues being discussed this political season. Conservative commentator Bay Buchanan and former Maryland Lieutenant Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, a Democrat, largely focused on Iraq and national security. But they also spent time talking about domestic issues like jobs and education, and at one point, turned to the topic of how to make the democratic process stronger.
