Dec 01, 2004 — Just as the oven begins to cool from the Thanksgiving feast, comes another seasonal favorite - Holiday baking. The Potsdam Food Co-op's 7th Annual Holiday Bake Off is this Sunday from noon to 4 pm. You might say baking this time of year is a very real example of the warmth of the Holidays. Todd Moe chats with Potsdam Co-op Purchaser Amy Savitskie about Sunday's Bake Off, which is also a fundraiser for the Potsdam Neighborhood Center.
