Restoration Plans Underway for Plattsburgh's Strand Theatre

Listen to this story
Artists in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties are hoping to save a historic movie palace in Plattsburgh. They want to restore the Strand Theatre as a regional performing arts and film center. In August, the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts purchased the Strand Theatre with the intent of creating a performance arts and film center. Todd Moe spoke with NCCCA President Sylvia Stack.
