Jan 06, 2005 — Governor George Pataki delivered his 11th State of the State message Wednesday, and said he'd continue to build on his accomplishments during his ten years in office. The governor made no mention of the state's $6 billion budget deficit, but said he'll work to cut Medicaid spending and reform lobbying practices before his own administration.
