Adk Park Planners Miss Gov Pataki's Deadline

State environmental officials have missed a 5-year deadline set by Governor Pataki for the creation of detailed management plans for the Adirondack Park. The plans are required by state law. And many locals say the management guidelines are needed to expand recreation and economic development in the Park. As Brian Mann reports, state officials say more plans are nearing completion.
