The Saranac Lake Winter Carnival, the oldest winter festival in the eastern U.S., celebrates its 108th anniversary this week. This year's theme is "Adirondack Aloha." It's 10 days of parades, music, winter sports and an ice palace. Todd Moe talks with some of the people behind the event.
