Feb 16, 2005 — Reaction in Albany to a court decision to give New York City's schools billions of additional dollars was divided along party lines. Monday evening, a judge ruled that Governor Pataki and the legislature should follow a court appointed panel's recommendation and give City schools $5.6 billion dollars more each year.
