May 27, 2005 — A state appeals court has once again ruled in favor of the Olympic Regional Development Authority. ORDA was sued over the awarding of a lucrative food services contract for ski centers at Gore and Whiteface Mountains. Boston Culinary Group claimed that ORDA awarded the contract to a competitor after an unfair bidding process. As Chris Knight reports, the State Supreme court upheld a decision yesterday to dismiss the lawsuit.
