Dam Break In Washington County Forces 200 People To Evacuate

More than two hundred people in Washington County spent the weekend cleaning up after a dam burst in the village of Fort Ann. Hadlock Pond flooded a neighborhood, forcing an evacuation. There were no injuries, but several roads remain closed and some homes were damaged beyond repair. As Brian Mann reports, Governor George Pataki has declared a state of emergency.
