Jul 07, 2005 — Governor Pataki traveled by helicopter and SUV through the town of Fort Ann yesterday. He was surveying neighborhoods damaged by floodwaters after a dam failed Saturday evening. Pataki says the state will seek federal emergency assistance for the area. Brian Mann has details.
