Jul 13, 2005 — The Glens Falls Post Star is reporting this morning that a dam that collapsed in the town of Fort Ann was never inspected by the state Department of Environmental Conservation. The dam ruptured over the 4th of July weekend, forcing hundreds of people to evacuate their homes. Brian Mann reports.
