Oct 03, 2005 — Governor Pataki traveled to Paul Smiths College on Friday to help open a scaled-down version of the "upscale" Palm restaurant. The Wally Ganzi Jr. Restaurant Training Center will give the college's culinary arts students the experience of working in a fine dining restaurant. As Chris Knight reports, the new facility is the latest accomplishment for Paul Smith's, which was recently named one of the 25 hottest colleges in the country.
