APA Rejects Limiting Public Comments

The Adirondack Park Agency board has rejected a proposal to cut the number of pubic comment periods during monthly meetings. The plan, proposed by chairman Ross Whaley, would have reduced the number of public comment sessions from three to one. Martha Foley has more.
