Dec 13, 2005 — After months of negotiations, the Adirondack Park Agency is taking legal action against Pataki ally Arthur Spiegel. The APA has referred the case to New York's attorney general. As Brian Mann reports, Spiegel could be forced to tear down his 10,000-square foot Lake Placid mansion.
