Dec 29, 2005 — Tupper Lake's town board held a public hearing last night to take comments on zoning changes proposed by developer Michael Foxman. Foxman hopes to build a seven hundred home resort near the Big Tupper ski area. Supporters of the project hoped to see a vote on the new zoning rules this month. But as Brian Mann reports, the effort to win quick approval faces growing opposition.
