Composer Art Frackenpohl
(04/19/06) The Potsdam Community Chorus and the Children's Chorus of Crane will present a joint concert this Sunday afternoon (3 pm) in Hosmer Hall at SUNY-Potsdam's Crane School of Music. The theme of the concert is "North Country Choralscapes" and the choirs will sing the music of four regional composers - John Burge, of Kingston, Ontario; Arthur Frackenpohl of Potsdam; Paul Siskind of Norwood; and Robert Washburn of Potsdam. Todd Moe talks with conductor Heather Eyerly and composer Art Frackenpohl about the world premiere of his "North Country Seasons".
