May 04, 2006 — A Canton not-for-profit group is $40,000 in the hole after a clean-up of Grasse River waterfront went way over budget. Removing contaminated sediment from Willow Island cost almost $600,000 more than expected. As David Sommerstein reports, the state will pay for most of it.
