Ticonderoga Lowe's approved, sign issue remains

In a surprise move, the Adirondack Park Agency yesterday issued a permit approving construction of a new Lowe's superstore in Ticonderoga. The 153,000 square-foot store will sit next to the community's Wal-Mart store on the outskirts of the village. As Brian Mann reports, the Agency still hasn't approved a controversial 300 square-foot sign proposed for the front of the building.
