APA faces "outrage" in Ticonderoga

In what may be a harbinger of things to come, the Adirondack Park Agency faced a hostile crowd last night in Ticonderoga. The APA is reviewing plans to build a 300-square foot sign on a new Lowe's superstore on the outskirts of the village. As Brian Mann reports, local government leaders say the environmental agency is overstepping its authority and crippling economic growth.
