Oct 30, 2006 — Governor Pataki has appointed a special prosecutor to examine the state Ethics Commission findings on Comptroller Alan Hevesi. The Ethics Commission report said Hevesi broke the law when he used a staff member to drive around his wife. Karen DeWitt reports.
