(11/01/06) St. Lawrence University English professor Bob Cowser has written a new book, Scorekeeping: Essays from Home. It's a "coming of age" collection of memories from childhood in rural America. It chronicles Cowser's early years in a west Tennessee college town in the 70's and 80's with stories about siblings, parents, school friends, loves and losses. He spoke with Todd Moe.
