In 114th Assembly race, experience versus youth
Nov 03, 2006 — It's been a noisy and nasty political season in New York, with allegations of scandal, vicious campaign advertisements, and truckloads of money being spent. In the 114th Assembly district, which includes Clinton and Franklin counties, the race has been far quieter, but still pretty ugly. Veteran Clinton County treasurer Janet Duprey, a Republican, faces former Hillary Clinton staff-member Andrew Brockway, a Democrat. As Brian Mann reports, most of the attention has focused on Brockway and what he himself describes as "youthful indiscretions."
