Court ruling clouds Ogdensburg sex offender lock-up

New York's highest court ruled yesterday the state wrongly kept violent sex offenders in psychiatric facilities after their prison sentences ended. In a prepared statement, Governor Pataki said he was "deeply disappointed" with the court's ruling, and said he'll call a special session of the legislature next month to change state law. The decision clouds the status of a facility in Ogdensburg that would hold the kind of sex offenders in question. David Sommerstein reports.
