Governor Pataki distributes $26 million to North Country

Governor George Pataki made what's expected to be his last official visit to the North Country on Friday. While in the region, he handed out taxpayer-funded grants worth roughly $26 million. As Brian Mann reports, most of the cash went to subsidize tourist trains and to promote winter sports.
